SensorML V1.0 was approved as a Technical Specification by the Open Geospatial Consortium on June 23, 2007. The specification document is OGC 07-000 and is available below. All OGC specification documents can be found at http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards while approved schemas can be found at http://schemas.opengis.net/.
Note that the SensorML specification document also serves as the specification document for Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) Common, which serves as the basis for data components within all SWE specifications (excluding TransducerML).
